Goodnight New York. Goodbye.
Tonight is my last night in NYC. I decided to forgo the usual StaceFace activities of frolicking, drinking, and dancing on top of bars. This is just a melancholy night for me. I’m going to Cyprus tomorrow on a one way ticket. My whole life is in 3 suitcases and tons of boxes. While I’m glad I’ll be with my sister and Christopher, I still don’t like being uprooted - especially around the holidays, it just brings back old memories from when I was a lot younger and my parents were together. I’m not sure how long I’ve been living in Astoria - Let me rephrase: In one house for an extended period of time.
I guess I’ll be blogging a lot more now that I won’t be able to keep in contact with everyone at once so blogging is an easy fix. I want to thank everyone who has come by to help me pack and see me off. Especially Tommy who ran over at the very last minute and really is the epitome of a best friend.
You are all really dear to me and I will be in touch.
